Ok, So my character Is out to write up a report for every settlement's relations between pokemon and humans. Currently he would be in Solumina City, wondering where his first stop should be. I'm looking for any character really to rp with him. I would like a pokemon that's chatty, someone for Russel to practice his skills on besides his partner.
