Personality: Due to events in his past, David is a very distant person. He hides his emotions most of the time, only really feeling emotions towards Yukari and Midnight, his pokemon partners. Despite this, he acts kind towards others, though he can be a bit too quiet at time. Due to spending lots of time around several types of pokemon, David is very knowledgeable about pokemon and how they act, as well as several different attacks and abilities. While battling, David’s becomes much more serious, being surprisingly calculating in battle due to his pokemon knowledge. Since he lived in the same place throughout all of his life, David is extremely curious about the different aspects of the world around him, taking time to analyze his surroundings if he enters a new area. He can also be very random at times, changing the subject of a conversation at random or getting distracted by something around him due to his curiosity of the world.
Appearance: David is a fairly skinny person with pale white skin. He has dark blue hair that is somewhat spiky, but still looking controlled. David’s eyes are a much lighter shade of blue than his hair. He usually wears a white shirt with dark blue jeans that match the color of his hair. He also wears a necklace with a small blue heart, made by his grandmother for good luck.
History: David grew up with his grandparents at their daycare. He never knew his birth parents as they left to go train somewhere a couple of years after he was born. Due to this, David always felt somewhat lonely inside, so he always tries to make friends with the pokemon that get left at the daycare. He would assist his grandparents in caring for them and sometimes form close bonds with some pokemon. However, these bonds made it so that when the pokemon’s trainer came to take them back, David felt more sad and lonely, losing a friend that he cared about. Eventually, all of this loneliness had overwhelmed David to the point that he was forced to push away his emotions so that the pain he was feeling due to the loneliness would go away. This cause David to become very distant towards other’s with the exception of his grandparents, though he still cared for the pokemon that came to the daycare. One day, two trainers came and dropped off two pokemon, one being a Misdreavous named Yukari and the other being an Absol named Midnight. After those two met David, the three instantly became close. David didn’t really understand what made him become so close to these two pokemon, but he didn’t really mind it. When he was around them, he felt better than he ever had before. The trio soon became inseparable, always being together no matter what the situation. While David loved being around Yukari and Midight, he was scared for the day when their trainers would come to take them back, not wanting their fun times to end. However as time passed, the trainers never came back and there was no sign that they were coming any time soon. This saddened Yukari and while Midnight didn’t show it on her face, David could tell that she was sad too. David knew all too well how the feeling of abandonment and loneliness felt due to his birth parents leaving him. Not wanting his best friends to feel the way he felt, David decided that he would journey into the world and become stronger in order to find Yukari and Midnight’s trainers as well as his parents. After studying over several different types of pokemon related information and getting a good luck charm from his grandparents, David along with Yukari and Midnight, set out on their journey, wondering what the world had in store for them.
Extra: David has no food preferences. He’ll eat anything that can be eaten, regardless of whatever weird looks others may give him for doing so.

Pokémon Nature/Personality: Midnight is much more serious than Yukari. She is very cold towards others, not trusting anyone other than Minato and Yukari. She also acts like a big sister to Yukari, always protecting her and taking her out of dangerous situations. When she gets into a battle, she begins to act like a predator attacking its prey, becoming much more vicious. If she sees Minato and Yukari in serious danger, Midnight will lose her cold but protective demeanor and gain a destructive, slightly insane one in its place, attacking almost anything that comes near her.
